How do I submit my thesis or dissertation to the library?
Submitting a PhD Dissertation
Contact Vicky Ludwig at vludwig@wne.edu for a Dissertation Deposit form. The completed form, along with a PDF of your finished dissertation with signed cover sheet, should then be sent to Vicky. Rebecca Sargent will be notified that you have fulfilled your thesis requirement at this point.
You will also need to fill out a form, also provided by Vicky Ludwig, for your dissertation to be submitted to UMI Dissertation Abstracts. The library will file for copyright at this point as well at no charge to you.
It is best to contact vludwig@wne.edu before submission to get the forms emailed and any questions clarified.
Submitting a Masters Thesis
Contact Vicky Ludwig at vludwig@wne.edu for a Thesis Deposit form. The completed form along with a PDF of your masters thesis should then be sent to Vicky. At this point, Rebecca Sargent will be notified that you have fulfilled your thesis requirement.
It is best to contact vludwig@wne.edu to have the forms sent and any questions clarified.
