How do I re-activate my UpToDate account?

If you need to re-activate your up to date account before the end of 180 days:

1. Go to the Pharmacy Library Guide and find the link to UpToDate. Log in using your WNE email and password. (Note: You must use the link on the Guide, going to www.uptodate.com won't work). 

2. If you see your name in the top right hand corner, you are all set and your account has been reactivated. 

 

If you don't see your name in the top right corner, follow these additional steps: 

3. In the top right hand corner, click on Western New England University and then My Account

4. On the next screen, click on Click here to Register.

5. On the registration screen, look for where it says "Already Registered? Please Log In with your UpToDate username and password." Click Log In. 

6. At that point, log in using your UpToDate username and password. This will link your UpToDate account with WNE's subscription, giving you another 180 days access. The next time you need to reactivate, you will only need to do steps 1 and 2.
