How do I reserve a study room?
Study rooms can be reserved online or by scanning the QR code outside each room. You may reserve a room in advance or, if it's available, on the spot.
Study Room Guidelines
- Study rooms MUST be reserved - an open and unlocked study room does not indicate availability
- Study rooms are reserved for WNE students only - you must use an @wne email address to book
- Study rooms can be booked up to 72 hours in advance
- No food is allowed in the study rooms
- Study room doors must remain unlocked and windows uncovered
How to Reserve a Study Room
- Find a study room with availability on the day and time you wish to reserve - green squares indicate that the room is free to be booked
- Click on the green squares for the study room and time you wish to reserve - the default time allotment is two hours
- Click Submit Times at the bottom of the screen
- Fill out your name and email address and click Submit my Booking - you will receive a confirmation email.
- Head to the study room at your reserved time
If you decide to cancel a reservation, that can be done from your confirmation email.
